Dogs are the ultimate thrill-seekers, so they make sure to incorporate something fun in whatever mundane activities they do around the house. These two dogs are the perfect examples.
A German Shorthaired Pointer named Walle and another dog named Haki were chilling in the house when the latter spotted a fly. It hovered by the window, desperate to get out.
Haki immediately went to try and eat the pesky fly, and Walle came running to join in the fun. The Pointer’s an energetic dog, so we could understand why he wanted a piece of the action.
Both dogs now were intent on eating the fly, so mom came closer to check what’s going on. As the camera panned closer, Haki suddenly jumped to catch the fly.
This action had her nose printed on the glass window. Walle did the same, and now, mom had snout marks to clean. She immediately warned both dogs to stop it at once.
Flies are not part of their diet, so she had to discourage both pets from going after the insect. The fly just wanted to get out, and we’re sure it didn’t want to be dog meal.
Fortunately, mom had the perfect plan to distract her pet from their current pursuit. She stood up and both dogs scrambled to follow her. We guess mom’s strategy worked.
She led the dogs out in the living room to check and see what Zazu, her Golden Retriever pet, was doing. They all saw him sprawled on the sofa, enjoying a chill and quiet time by himself.
Mom gave Zazu some loving pats on the head, saying he’s the most chill and relaxed dog there is. The golden boy wagged his tail and soaked in all of mom’s loving compliments.
We’re sure they all found another way to while the hours away. Cheers!
