A lot of pet dogs offer love and compassion unconditionally. It has also been proven that the affection of pet dogs is not only limited to their human. Their love actually extends to the newest member of the family too, most especially if it’s a newborn baby.
As proof, there is one pup that is elated to have a new member of the family on board – a bouncing baby girl. This pup is so fond of her that he has even taken the role of being the baby’s alarm clock!
Meet Philip, a precious Alaskan malamute that is so fond of the new infant in their house. Philip is always gentle towards the baby girl and enjoys spending loads of time with her. He is also eager to wake her up after her nap time.
In one adorable YouTube video, Philip happily goes to the baby’s room to wake her up. The baby girl named Amelia is indeed a bundle of joy! And the pup is excited to play with her now that she is wide awake.
He stands up and places his giant paws on top of the crib to check on Amelia. It’s as if he is a big brother trying to see if there’s anything his sister needs.
The family owns a cat too named Milo. Just like Philip, little Milo loves to watch over the baby girl too. Isn’t Amelia so fortunate to have two loving pets?
While the mother gives a quick tour of Amelia’s nursery, the baby’s blanket that dropped in the crib catches the attention of Philip in the video. He takes the blanket out of the crib, probably to ensure that Amelia doesn’t go back to sleep. After all, he is the baby girl’s alarm clock and he just woke her up for some playtime.
