Oli Benet and his wife Nicola learned that someone dropped a box of puppies in the shelter near their house. Quickly, they agreed to go and see the little ones. Once they made it to the shelter, they saw how filthy the puppies were and decided to take home one of the siblings.
On that same day, Oli and Nicola brought home Bobby, an adorable Boxer puppy. Throughout their drive, he slept in his new mom’s arms. He was such an angel. He was just a few weeks old, so they thought he’d do nothing but sleep on the first night, but they were wrong.
Bobby felt right at home and immediately began doing crazy stuff. He ran around his new house and played with everything within his reach. It’s like he knew his life was about to change forever.
Shortly after, Oli and Nicola decided to move into a new flat. But not even a day went by, and Bobby managed to destroy everything. There was chaos, his dad said.
The family’s new plain brown couch ended up having paw prints. All their indoor plants died. And within a matter of days, the windows looked disgusting because Bobby loved to lick them.
In the first month, Oli thought adopting Bobby was a terrible idea. So many things happened, and it seemed like there’s so much more. Since the couple had the pup, their hands were always full.
Bobby loves to steal his dad’s socks, even if he’s wearing them. He also likes to grab a bite of his snacks, no matter what. But he adores his mom and dad so much that he snuggles with them all the time, even if they are in the water, swimming.
Oli said Bobby is comical and ridiculous. Since having the dog, their serene old life was gone. But despite all the troubles he brings, it’s still the best decision they’ve ever made, and they wouldn’t exchange him for anything else in this world.
